"I have been friends with Bill since 2006, working together in baseball. He is a good man, whom I have a great deal of respect for. He's done and seen almost everything when it comes to baseball, and the thing that sticks out to me the most about him is I don't believe I have ever seen Bill in a bad mood. He comes to the park every day with the same happy demeanor and simply takes care of business! He is a good baseball guy for sure, but he is an even better person."
